After 40+ years of needing, wanting and infrequently seeking to make behavioral changes, my first medicine journey with Lady Bird was life changing. Our initial conversation identified areas where I was just stuck. She guided me through my first medicine journey, which was full of releases and revelations. I felt 100% safe the entire time. With the post journey support, I was able to really put some action into the new opportunities I now realized existed.
