After 40+ years of needing, wanting and infrequently seeking to make behavioral changes, my first medicine journey with Lady Bird was life changing. With the post journey support, I was able to really put some action into the new opportunities I now realized existed. I worked with Lady Bird during a tumultuous tie in my life, when I was feeling very stuck and unhappy.
